SSC CPO Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
The SSC CPO Physical Endurance Test (PET) is conducted after the written exam to assess the physical fitness of candidates applying for Sub-Inspector (SI) posts in Delhi Police and CAPFs. Candidates who clear Paper 1 must qualify for the Physical Test (PET/PST).
For Male Candidates:
- 1600 meters race in 6 minutes 30 seconds
- Long Jump: 3.65 meters
- High Jump: 1.2 meters
- Shot Put (16 lbs): 4.5 meters
For Female Candidates:
- 800 meters race in 4 minutes
- Long Jump: 2.7 meters
- High Jump: 0.9 meters

SSC CPO Medical Test 2025
The SSC CPO Medical Test 2025 is conducted after the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). It ensures that candidates meet the required health and fitness standards for recruitment into the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Delhi Police which includes:
- Minimum Near Vision: N6 (better eye) and N9 (worse eye)
- Minimum Distant Vision: 6/6 (better eye) and 6/9 (worse eye)
- Must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes
- Eye standards should be without visual correction of any kind even by glasses.
